2. Product Information & Botanical Disclaimer

Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colours, images, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible.
Natural Variations: Seeds and botanical items are natural products. Size, shape, and germination times may vary based on environmental factors beyond our control (such as soil temperature, moisture levels, and light).
Botanical Guidance: Our instruction cards, seed prep guides, and smoke discs are provided to give your seeds the best possible start. However, successful germination cannot be 100% guaranteed due to variables inherent to living plants.

3. Orders & Pricing

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract between us is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct accidental pricing errors at any time prior to dispatching your order.

4. Payments

We accept payment via secure payment methods integrated into our checkout (including major credit/debit cards and authorised third-party providers).
Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Window: Orders are packaged and posted within 3 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays).
Delivery Method: Standard UK delivery is fulfilled via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Risk & Title: Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the package has been delivered to your specified shipping address or safe place.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your rights are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Right to Cancel (Unopened Items): You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund (excluding return postage costs).
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your goods arrive damaged in transit or defective, please contact us within 14 days at info@theseedstory.co.uk with a photo of the damage, and we will issue a replacement or full refund.
Sown Seeds: Because germination relies on environmental factors outside of our direct control, we cannot offer cash refunds for seeds that have already been planted. However, we offer troubleshooting advice and replacement support where appropriate.
